Compliance

TridentCare has implemented a proactive Health Care Compliance and Privacy Program (Compliance Program) to ensure adherence with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

We have appointed a Health Care Compliance and Privacy Officer (Compliance Officer) to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of our Compliance Program. This officer, along with our local compliance leaders, helps reinforce our organizations commitment to ethical behavior as outlined in our Code of Conduct, and promotes a shared understanding of compliance responsibilities across all teams.

Our Compliance Program is designed to prevent and detect issues reported by our associates and business partners. When concerns arise, we initiate prompt investigation and work toward timely, appropriate resolution.

We educate and train all TridentCare Associates on our standards, policies and procedures. The Compliance Program supports leaders at every level in building an organizational culture where ethics and integrity guide our day-to-day operations.
